A cosmetic composition comprising kinetin is provided to stably maintain the kinetin for a long period of time without loss of the activity and change, and show excellent permeation capability of kinetin into skin, thereby expressing enough skin beauty effect of the kinetin. The cosmetic composition comprising liposome including lecithin, ceramide, lactic acid, kinetin, and an emulsification stabilization supplement agent is characterized in that the content of the kinetin regarding the total weight of the composition is 0.01-2.0 wt.%, the content of the lecithin regarding the total weight of the composition is 1.0-10.0 wt.%, the content of the ceramide regarding the total weight of the composition is 0.1-2.0 wt.%, the content of the lactic acid regarding the total weight of the composition is 0.1-40.0 wt.%, and the content of the emulsification stabilization supplement agent which is selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol, butylene glycol, glycerine, xylitol, natural polymer compounds and a mixture thereof is 0.1-40.0 wt.%, and it is in the form of skin lotion, nutritive lotion, nutritive cream, massage cream or nutritive essence.
