A high efficient ground source heat pump system for cooling and heating includes a first water circulation cycle for supplying waste heat obtained by heat exchange through a waste heat recovering cycle and a heat exchanger to a plurality of cooling/heating heat pumps(30,31), wherein the waste heat recovering cycle concentrates waste heat from fresh water, sewage, and sea water by pumps(P) and exchanges heat by a plurality of waste heat exchangers(20-22). A second water circulation cycle reheats circulation water supplied from the first water circulation cycle and transmits heat to a heat accumulation tank(60) by the circulation pumps, wherein the circulation water is recovered to the second water circulation cycle via a cool/hot water recovering header(51). A boiler heating circulation cycle is mounted at an end of each of the heat pumps for supplying boiler heating water to a cool/hot water storing tank(60) to supplement insufficient heat sources to boilers(40,41). The heat accumulation tank is provided with a heating water circulating cycle for supplying the stored cool/hot water to a target place requiring heat. The heat media circulation loop cycles adjacent to each other share the heat and load commonly in sequence, so that the loop circulation cycles form an expanded network for a complex heat source heat pump system.
