Processed food containing paste powder of sea mustard(Undaria pinnatifida) and sea tangle(Laminaria japonica) as main material and powders of beans, Saururus chinensis and Herba Houttuyniae as optional material is provided which is useful as nutrient rich well-being food with an effect of improving physiological activity.
