Supply chain management system for efficient inventory control

An SCM system for efficiently managing an inventory is provided to realize efficient inventory management by making a reasonable supply plan for each base with exclusion of a subjective decision of a supply plan maker and enabling a central section to efficiently manage the inventory of each product by each warehouse. A database server(160) is equipped with at least one database. A supply analysis table generator(110) collects basic information from the databases(161-168) and generates a supply analysis table for the product based on the basic information. A distribution quantity calculator(120) calculates a distributing quantity of each warehouse(20) from the supply analysis table. A transfer quantity calculator(130) calculates a transfer quantity between a factory(10) and the warehouse for achieving the distribution quantity of each warehouse by using transfer cost information between the factory and the warehouse. A loading information determiner(140) determines loading information by using the transfer quantity and vehicle information. A supply slip generator(150) generates a supply slip including at least one of the distribution quantity, the transfer quantity, and the loading information.
