Mechanical biological treatment and refuse derived fuel plant compound type recyclables and wastes pneumatic transportation facility

A waste preprocessing facility, and a waste collecting facility are provided to simultaneously perform a mechanical biological treatment and a refuse derived fuel without using a separate transportation process. A waste collecting facility includes a plurality of introduction units(100) and a suction pump(210). The plurality of introduction units are connected to a waste collecting place through a transportation pipe(200). The suction pump applies an air flow to the introduction units. A sorting unit(310) for transported sorting recyclable things and wastes is installed on the front side of the waste collecting place. A sorting waste collecting place(319) by which the sorted recyclable things and wastes are collected is connected to the sorting unit. A bag ripping blade is installed at the transportation pipe before the sorting unit to be protruded inside of the transportation pipe.
