EFFECTIVE DEBURRING USING PERMANENT MAGNET ABRASIVE FINISHING

A deburring device is provided to improve effectiveness of magnetic polishing by forming magnetic fields from poles symmetrically arranged on the plane of a planar inductor. A deburring device(2) includes a vertical milling machine(10), a planar inductor(20), magnetic powder, and a vibration table(30). The vertical milling machine is equipped with a rotatable spindle(11). The planar inductor is arranged beneath the spindle of the milling machine, and has a bottom surface equipped with a plurality of permanent magnets. The magnetic powder is attached to the permanent magnets of the planar inductor, and serves as a brush for polishing a workpiece. The vibration table is spaced apart from the bottom surface of the planar inductor, and vibrates in the vertical direction relatively to the rotating direction of the vertical milling machine when the workpiece is polished by the magnetic powder.
