摘要

An LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) microwave resonator having a tunable resonance frequency and a method for tuning a resonance frequency of the same are provided to obtain a desired resonance frequency by forming a resonance frequency variation unit at a microstrip feeding line. An upper dielectric plate(100) is used as an input/output port of a resonator. A microstrip feeding line(120,140) having a variable length is formed in the upper dielectric plate. An intermediate conducting plate(200) is positioned at a lower part of the upper dielectric plate. A lower dielectric plate(300) is positioned at a lower part of the intermediate conducting plate. A via barrier (320) is formed at the lower dielectric layer in order to form the resonator. A lower conducting plate(400) is positioned at a lower part of the lower dielectric plate. A resonance frequency is changed according to a change of the length of the microstrip feeding line.
