MULTI-WAVELENGTH LASER IRRADIATOR AND MULTI-WAVELENGTH LASER IRRADIATOR FOR HAIR TREATMENT USING THE SAME

A multi-wavelength laser irradiator and usage of the same for caring hair are provided to emit many wavelengths at the same time by die-bonding many laser diodes with a different wavelength on a stem inside a package and by applying a current to the many laser diodes individually. A multi-wavelength laser irradiator is configured as one TO-can type package(100), comprising: a stem(110); many laser diodes(131,132,133), such as three vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser diodes having a different wavelength band of 630 to 700nm, 700 to 810nm, or 810 to 1300nm respectively, bonded on the stem; many leads(121,122,123,124), projected from the upper surface of the stem so as to connect the many laser diodes with a printed circuit board which is arranged separately in such a manner that it is penetrated through the stem; and a cap(140), having a transparent window, and arranged on the top end of the package body.
