An oil receiving apparatus of a smoke suction pipe for a roaster is provided to guide oil to an oil receiving groove by detachably installing an oil guide hat and an auxiliary inclined hat. An oil receiving apparatus of a smoke suction pipe for a roaster includes a suction pipe connection cap, an oil guide hat, a plurality of oil guide hat support members(130), an auxiliary inclined hat(140), a plurality of inclined hat support members(150), an oil receiving cap(160), and a cap connection unit. A catching recess is formed in the suction pipe connection cap. The oil guide hat guides the oil dropping from the inner upper portion of a smoke suction pipe through an inclined surface. The auxiliary inclined hat guides the oil dropping to the upper side of a through-hole to an inclined surface of the oil guide hat through the inclined surface. The inclined hat support members support the auxiliary inclined hat. The oil receiving cap receives the oil guided through the inclined surface of the oil guide hat.
