An external system interworking device in a ubiquitous city integrated control platform is provided to allow systems to flexibly cooperate with each other by adding information about various transmission protocols defined in an external system, converting the information according to a corresponding format, and transmitting the converted data. An internal system connection module(110) communicates with an internal system interworking unit of a ubiquitous city integrated control platform and receives information to be transmitted to an external system(1). An external system connection module(130) is connected with the external system(1), transfers information received from the internal system connection module(110) to the external system(1), and transfers information received from the external system(1) to the internal system connection module(110). A data conversion module(120) provided between the internal system connection module(110) and the external system connection module(130) and converts transmitted information into an information format according to the internal system interworking unit or according to an information format.
