STRUCTURE OF ROLLERS FOR SUPPORTING A BLOWING OXYGEN LANCE IN ELECTRIC FURNACE

A structure of an oxygen blowing lance supporting roller for an electric furnace is provided to prevent an oxygen blowing lance from being separated to an outside between supporting rollers without changing a form of the oxygen blowing lance. A structure of an oxygen blowing lance supporting roller for an electric furnace comprises an outer diameter decreased portion(B), a center portion(C), a stopper portion(E), and a supporting roller(124,134). In an outer diameter decreased portion, a size of an outer diameter is reduced linearly to a central direction. The outer diameter decreased portion is positioned continuously at a longitudinal direction at an outer surface, and formed with a groove which is formed along a circumferential direction at a regular interval. The center portion forms a central area of the outer diameter decreased portion. The size of the outer diameter for the center portion is same. The stopper portion forms both end portions. The outer diameter of the stopper portion is larger than the other portions. In the supporting roller, whole length of the outer diameter decreased portion and the center portion is larger than the size of the outer diameter for an oxygen blowing lance(L).
