A steaming device for cooking rice cake is provided to steam rice cake material evenly by placing the upper parts of injection nozzles in a fumigation frame, discharging the steam from a steam generating tank through injection nozzles, and supplying the steam with heat and moisture to the frame. A body part(11) has a heat control part and is covered by a cover plate. A fumigation frame, a rice cake steamer, and a rice-cake steamer cover are connected consecutively through injection nozzles formed to the upper parts of the body part. The body part a water collecting tank(2), a steam generating tank(5), and a steam generating tank cover. The water collecting tank is assembled with a float type first valve through a water supply pipe(1). The steam generating tank consists of a heater connected with a heat control part, a float type second valve connected with the water collecting tank and a welded surface, and a float stabilization device(19) formed with three stage divided spaces. The steam generating tank cover is placed to upper and lower parts of the center of the plate body sealing the upper surface of the steam generating tank.
