A gear teeth maintenance apparatus for a power steering device of a vehicle is provided to maintain gear teeth and to prevent rattle noise from being generated, irrespective of abrasion of gear teeth between a worm shaft and a worm wheel. A gear teeth maintenance apparatus for a power steering device of a vehicle comprises: a power steering device including a driving unit(1), a worm wheel(5) and a wide-area behavior bearing(6). The driving unit includes a worm shaft(3) to assist steering power with rotation force of a motor(2). The worm wheel is rotated by the worm shaft and engaged with a steering shaft connected to a gear box. Additionally, the wide-area behavior bearing maintains engagement by controlling engagement due to abrasion of gear teeth of the worm shaft and the worm wheel. The wide-area behavior bearing includes an inner wheel(7) rotated with the worm shaft, an outer wheel(8) fixed to a housing(4), a bearing ball rotating the inner wheel with the worm shaft and a retainer(10).
