A natural seasoning using Pinus densiflora forma erecta Uyeki and a preparation method thereof are provided to enhance sanitary and nature-friendly properties by using deep sea water in the extraction process of ingredients and by using the Pinus densiflora forma erecta Uyeki for the removal of bad smells. A natural seasoning using Pinus densiflora forma erecta Uyeki is prepared by the steps of: (i) mixing 7~10% of brown seaweed, 22~25% of anchovy, 8~10% of shrimp, 15~20% of sea tangle, 1~2% of leek powder, 2~3% of Lentinus edodes, 1~2% of onion powder, 1~2% of garlic powder, 2~3% of octopus, 1~2% of beef powder, 1~2% of lotus root, and deep sea water, and then performing extraction at 115°C under 1.5atm for 120min to make an extract of agricultural and marine products; (ii) filtering the extract through a tube filled with sawdust of Pinus densiflora forma erecta Uyeki; (iii) freeze-drying the filtrate to make powder; (iv) mixing additive ingredients comprising 3~5% of soy sauce, 1~3% of sesame powder, 1~3% of bean powder, 1~4% of brown sugar, 10~15% of grain syrup, 2~5% of roasted salt and 2~5% of Agastache rugosa powder, and then freeze-drying the mixed additive ingredients to make powder(80mesh); (v) mixing 60~70% of the main ingredient powder and 30~40% of the additive ingredient powder; and (vi) drying the mixture and then sterilizing it with ultraviolet rays(15w) for 3min.
