A CULTURED METHOD OF SHELLFISH AND FISH USING DEEP SEA WATER AND SURFACE SEAWATER

A culturing method of shellfish and fish using deep sea water and surface seawater is provided to culture the seaweeds, shellfish and fish with minimum energy by using the deep sea water and surface seawater. A culturing method of shellfish and fish using deep sea water and surface seawater includes the steps of: obtaining deep sea water of low temperature and adjusting the temperature thereof to be 5-10deg.C; culturing a first seaweed like brown seaweed, kelp, rhubarb, etc. with the seawater whose temperature is adjusted; adjusting the temperature of the water to be 15-20deg.C to be suitable for shellfish and fish; culturing the shellfish like an ear shell and a turban shell by supplying the seaweeds as feed by using the seawater whose temperature is adjusted; culturing fish; and culturing second seaweed.
