An embedded pile for the foundation of a building is provided to heighten adhesive strength by forming a stepped hanging projection on the outer circumferential surface of a main pile body, thereby preventing the relative movement of an embedded pile and grout. An embedded pile for the foundation of a building comprises a main pile body(10) embedded in a perforated hole formed downward in the ground where a building structure is to be constructed, provided with a hollow(11) and fixed with plural reinforcing bars(12) between the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the main pile body, and a hanging projection(20) formed to be stepped and projected from the outer circumferential surface of the main pile body and placed around the main pile body in the type of a ring to increase the adhesive strength of the main pile body and grout placed in the perforated hole.
