A blasting method is provided to reduce very high levels of noise and vibration generated during blasting and to prevent flying of crushed rock pieces due to blasting air pressure, and a blasting mat used in the blasting method is provided. A pressure leakage blasting mat comprises: an upper steel plate(10) which is manufactured of a steel plate having predetermined thickness and area, and in which a plurality of gas exhaust holes(11) are formed; a sound absorption plate(20) which is manufactured to the same size as the upper steel plate using a porous sound absorbing material, and which is disposed on a bottom part of the upper steel plate; a lower steel plate(30) which is manufactured to the same size and material as the upper steel plate, in which a plurality of gas exhaust holes(31) are formed, and which is disposed on a bottom part of the sound absorption plate; and a supporting member(40) which contains the upper steel plate, the sound absorption plate and the lower steel plate in an upper inner part thereof and is put on an upper part of a blasting area, the supporting member including separation-preventing walls(42) that forms sidewalls of the blast mat, a supporting plate(41) which is placed at the center of bottom parts of the separation-preventing walls to define a predetermined space between bedrock faces of the blasting area, and which has a plurality of gas exhaust holes(43) formed in a surface thereof, and a close adhesion plate(44) which is attached from the bottom parts of the separation-preventing walls to the outside of the blast mat and closely adhered to the ground.
