A method for producing a patterned transfer paper for clothes by using laser machining and the patterned transfer paper for clothes produced by using the same are provided to attach patterns on the clothes by combining patterns of various colors and materials by using a laser cutting process and then transferring the patterns on the clothes through thermal transferring. A method for producing a patterned transfer paper for clothes by using laser machining comprises the steps of: preparing a triple sheet of a pattern fabric(30,30'), an adhesive sheet(20), and a guard paper(10) stacked in order; completing patterns of necessary color and materials by repeating a process for cutting only the necessary pattern on the pattern fabric by a laser and removing the unnecessary part, properly placing the pattern fabric of necessary color and materials on the adhesive sheet and cutting the pattern fabric by the laser; removing the guard paper; and attaching a transfer guard film(40) on the upside of the pattern and a rear side protecting paper(50) on the underside of the adhesive sheet.
