An organic electroluminescent device is provided to enhance thermal, mechanical stability and dispersibility of an organic molecule functioning as a hole injection-transporting layer and to ensure low driving voltage. A method for preparing an inorganic mesoporous molecular sieve film includes the steps of: forming an inorganic material/mold hybrid solution via a sol-gel self assembling step using an inorganic source as a porous wall-forming material and a surfactant or block copolymer as a mold; rotating the inorganic material/mold hybrid solution on a supporter at a high speed to form thin film; and drying and calcining the thin film to remove the mold. A method for manufacturing an organic-inorganic hybrid organic electroluminescent device includes the steps of: coating a substrate with the inorganic mesoporous molecular sieve film; depositing an electron injection-transporting material on the film to form an electron injection-transporting layer; depositing a negative electrode material on the electron injection-transporting layer to form a negative electrode; and connecting the substrate with the negative electrode using golden wire.
