An apparatus for controlling the direction of the wind in exhaust air of an outdoor unit is provided to prevent an unpleasant feeling of a pedestrian due to fixed wind direction of exhaust air, and to reduce manufacturing cost due to providing for a special guide. An apparatus for controlling the direction of the wind in exhaust air of an outdoor unit comprises an outdoor unit(10) of an air conditioner for exiting heat transferred air through an exhaust port to the exterior, a first wind direction modulator portion(20), and a second wind direction modulator portion(40). The first wind direction modulator portion is installed on the exhaust port and adapted to control the wind direction of exhaust air wherein the wind direction of the exhaust air is parallel to that of the ground. The second wind direction modulator portion is installed in a vertical relationship with the first wind direction modulator portion, and adapted to control the wind direction of exhaust air wherein the wind direction of the exhaust air is vertical to that of the ground.
