A kind of method, the position for monitoring a ship is arranged to identify ship and the collision prevented uses an an AIS and TRS using one Embedded GPS of the sea chart of coordinate and an electronics. An AIS (automatic identification system) and a TRS (Trunked Radio System) with an Embedded GPS (GPS) are installed on ship (S100). AIS the and TRS location information signals transmitted from ship are stored in a database (S200). The time difference between a retention period of AIS information signals and a current time is examined in monitoring server (S300). AIS information signal datas are compared with a retention period of the TRS location information signals being stored in a TRS location-server (S400). When the retention period of the retention period ratio AIS information signal datas of TRS location information signals, a message is notified by the sea chart (S500) of an electronics. New coordinate is based on newest AIS information signal datas and TRS location information signal data, shown by the sea chart (S600) of electronics.
