Lotus roots powder or lotus leaf powder are mixed with the 1L water of every 10g, are heated to be 1 to 3hr and cooling. Mixed lotus powder or lotus leaf powder are then applied to the surface of meat and fish and in 5deg.C points aging 2 to 3 days poor 3 minutes.
