An earthworm vitality regain device is provided to induce stabilized breathing and to extract earthworm mucus effectively without a need to kill the earthworm. An earthworm vitality regain device comprises: an upper body where an earthworm is placed; and a lower body(20) placed underneath the upper body, for providing air to the earthworm on the regular basis to help the earthworm to regain vitality. The upper body includes a rectangular body having a settle groove(111) and a settle end(112). Inside the body, a net(12) having a size to prevent the escape of earthworm is placed. The lower body includes a casing(21) with a second settle groove(211), a removable bottom plate(22), a tube(23) with a plurality of nozzles used for air supply, and a sponge(24) for controlling humidity.
