A pharmaceutical composition for treating infectious diseases of oral cavity, eyeball, hair, skin, nasal cavity, gastrointestinal tract, peritoneum, pleura, vagina, prostate, bladder, urethra, bursa, hypophysis membrane, outer ear, inner ear, bone marrow or an internal important organs comprises at least one peptide of SEQ ID : NOs. 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 or a tandem repeat thereof as an effective ingredient, wherein pathogen of the infectious disease is Gram negative or Gram positive bacteria, fungus, encapsulated virus or methicillin-resistant bacteria.
