A cooling system is provided to reduce power consumption and to raise cooling efficiency by forming an intermediate heat exchanger for using residual heat source. A cooling system comprises a filter part(10), a compressor(20), a condenser(30), an expansion valve(40), an evaporator(50), and an intermediate heat exchanger(100). The filter part supplies pure water to a purifying tank(2) by filtering various impurities included into a pure water element. The compressor discharges a liquid refrigerant of high temperature and pressure. The condenser discharges heat included in the refrigerant to the outside. The expansion valve changes a phase into vapor of low temperature and pressure condensed from the condenser. The evaporator cools down the pure water to low temperature by heat exchanging the vapor refrigerant of low temperature and pressure passed through the expansion valve with the pure water stored in the purifying tank. The intermediate heat exchanger improves the evaporating efficiency of the evaporator by using residual heat source of the vapor refrigerant supplied to the compressor with high temperature heat source of the refrigerant passing toward the expansion valve from an outlet of the condenser. The residual heat source moves toward the condenser to be supplied to the outside of a refrigerant pipe, and the high temperature heat source moves toward the expansion valve.
