A self-coaching diary manufacturing method, a diary produced by the same, and a recording medium are provided to manage goal systemically by adding a self-coaching process to a goal management sheet and to manage personal network effectively by classifying persons and forming independent sheets according to classifications. A self-coaching diary manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a goal management sheet divided according to the time and provided with blanks(S100); forming a person management sheet(S200); making the text of inner pages, printing the texts, filing the inner pages printed with the texts, into one bundle, and then forming an outer cover(S300); and printing the goal management sheet(S400). The goal management sheet has an annual core goal management sheet for letting a user write down annual core goals. The annual core goal management sheet comprises a core goal table for annual core goals and a detailed goal table for detailed goals.
