One gibberellin biosynthesis genes, with Fusarium proliferatum KGL0401, ggs-2 (geranylgeranyldiphosphate synthase) is isolated, it is arranged to improve the production yields of gibberellin (GAs) to include GA1, GA3, GA4, GA7, GA9, GA20 and GA24, produce active gibberellin in enormous quantities so that gene can be used for biology, including GA1, GA3, GA4, passes through the cultural GA7 or GA9 of Fusarium proliferatum KGL0401. One gibberellin biosynthesis genes ggs-2 is isolated and identified through isolation gene group DNA from Fusarium proliferatum KGL0401 to CTAB (cetab) method being isolated with awarf cherry root, primer base is synthesized on the genomic DNA of isolation, using the row PCR (polymerase chain reaction) of the genomic DNA of priming paint, it is applied to gibberellin production, gene probe preparation, antibody generation, mutant production and primer preparation.
