A diluted chemical decontamination method of a nuclear reactor coolant pump internal part contaminated by radioactive substance is provided to improve decontamination efficiency by using a polarization characteristic, a weight reduction, and an oxidation/reduction potential based on a metal material characteristic and a corrosion characteristic. A diluted chemical decontamination method of a nuclear reactor coolant pump internal part contaminated by radioactive substance includes the steps of performing an oxidation process, a decomposition process, and a reduction process at chemicals, concentrations, and time. HNO3 and KMnO4 are used in the oxidation process. HNO3 and H2C2O4 are used in the decomposition process. H2C2O4, H8C6O7, and LiOH are used in the reduction process. A process temperature is between 85 and 90 degrees centigrade.
