A method for manufacturing a steam sterilizer including a steam guidance pipe for can is provided to allow removing air between cans by force by spraying steam through a steam guidance pipe and to reduce time for sterilizing cans as short as 30sec ~ 2min 50sec. A method for manufacturing a steam sterilizer includes the steps of: establishing steam guidance pipes(flat boards)(5) to block 4 sides of a large cart excluding bottom and top sides of the cart with 3~5 cm length of silicone tube(12) established on an end of steam guidance pipe to prevent dispersion of steam into large space in front and back of the cart; fixing flat irons(8) in 4 cm of width and the steam guidance pipe by welding on the both lateral sides of the cart to prevent dispersion of steam, and establishing ventilating ducts 2 times more than the existing one on both lateral lower end parts to discharge air toward both lateral lower end parts.
