The generator (2) has an inner housing (8) comprising grooves and gaps for passage or guiding of water and steam. A resistor (6) is arranged inside the inner housing, where an outer covering (7) and the inner housing are made of anodized aluminum. The gaps and the grooves exhibit different dimensions from a water inlet (3) and a steam outlet (4). A connection between the outer covering and the inner housing is closed and realized with a screwed joint. A longitudinal axis of the generator is vertically aligned, and the inlet is arranged in a bottom portion of the generator.
