READY-MIXED SHOTCRETE POWDER USED INDUSTRIAL RECYCLING BY-PRODUCT AND METHOD CONSTRUCTING THE TUNNEL SUPPORTER

An economic and high-quality ready-mixed shotcrete powder is provided to reduce a burden on the field production, to ensure a quality improvement effect, and to prevent the occurrence of crack. A ready-mixed shotcrete powder for recycling industrial byproducts and improving construction quality is obtained by selecting shotcrete aggregate having a maximal dimension of 8 mm or 10 mm or smaller, substituting 30-50wt% of cement with blast furnace slag, and mixing all materials except water and an accelerator. A method for constructing a tunnel supporter using the shotcrete powder includes the steps of: (a) transporting the shotcrete powder to a construction field; (b) putting the shotcrete powder into a mixer, and thereto adding water and an accelerator in designed amounts; and (c) jetting the mixed shotcrete with high pressure.
