WRITING IMPLEMENT USED A SPACE BETWEEN THE LEAVES OF A BOOK

A writing instrument used as a book marker is provided to let a user write down with holding a folded body unit by making the section of the body unit in a polygonal shape by folding the body unit along a folding line and to prevent the body unit from being deformed or damaged even in attaching leads to the body unit, by forming a lead receiving groove in the body unit. A writing instrument used as a book marker is composed of a body unit(10) having folding lines(10a,10b) and a lead(20) attached on the body unit. The body unit is folded along the folding line and used as the writing instrument. The body unit is unfolded and used as a book marker. The folding line is printed or formed in the shape of a groove. The body unit has the folding lines folded inward or outward. In folding the body unit, the section of the body unit is formed in the shape of a polygon.
