MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTROLYTE-FILLED CATHODE FOR MOLTEN CARBONATE FUEL CELL

A method for producing a cathode for a molten carbonate fuel cell impregnated with an electrolyte is provided to prevent a change in height of a fuel cell stack caused by melting an electrolyte plate during pretreatment of the stack, thereby accomplishing a uniform surface pressure balance. A method for producing a cathode for a molten carbonate fuel cell impregnated with an electrolyte comprises: (a) a step(S100) of providing a cathode through a sintering process; (b) a step(S300) of dispersing the electrolyte powder formed into powder according to the composition of the salt to be processed uniformly on one surface of the cathode; (c) a step(S400) of pressurizing the electrolyte powder uniformly dispersed on the surface of the cathode so that the electrolyte powder is attached to the cathode under pressure; and (d) a step(S600) of heat treating the electrolyte powder so that the cathode is impregnated with the electrolyte powder.
