A Korean frozen stuffed-pancake made of potato starch is provided to facilitate the production of stuffed pancakes through a rice cake making machine and impart the specific taste of potato to the pancakes. A Korean frozen stuffed-pancake made of potato starch is prepared by the steps of: (a) mixing potato starch(Korean), glutinous rice flour(Korean), bean flour(Korean), wheat flour(Australian, U.S.), salt, sugar, vanilla flavor, baking soda and baking powder, and mechanically kneading the mixture with high-temperature water; (b) aging the dough at a high temperature for 1hr, and then at a low temperature for 10hr; (c) boiling washed red-beans(Chinese, North Korean) for 2hr, cooling/grinding them, and mixing the ground red-beans, salt, baking soda, cinnamon flavor and brown sugar to make stuffing; (d) putting the aged dough and the stuffing into a rice cake making machine to fill the aged dough with the stuffing, and forming the stuffed dough into pancakes; and (e) freezing the pancakes for 8hr to obtain frozen stuffed-pancakes made of potato starch.
