An electrodeless bio-signal measurement module and an electrodeless bio-signal measurement system are provided to implement accurate measurement at a long distance by blocking saturation of an electrical characteristic of a component of a receiving stage due to a leakage of a transmission signal. An electrodeless bio-signal measurement module(100) includes a coupled line coupler(110), a branch line coupler(120), a phase shifter(130), and a combiner(140). The coupled line coupler bypasses a CW(Continuous Wave) signal and controls amplitude of the CW signal to generate a sample signal. The branch line coupler transmits the bypassed CW signal to an antenna(ANT) and an LO output terminal(LO signal), controls the amplitude of the bypassed CW signal to generate a leakage signal, and receives a reflected wave through the antenna. The phase shifter controls phases of the reflected wave and the leakage signal outputted from the branch line coupler. The combiner removes the leakage signal outputted from the phase shifter by using the sample signal and bypasses the reflected wave outputted from the phase shifter.
