PRODUCTION METHOD OF FUNCTIONAL FEED ADDITIVES FOR FISH CULTURING AND FEED ADDITIVES FROM THIS METHOD

A preparation method of functional feed additive for hatchery fish, and the feed additive are provided to obtain growth promotion, disease prevention, and immunity reinforcement effects in farming fish. A preparation method of functional feed additive for hatchery fish comprises the steps of: (a) culturing Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain in a base culture medium containing glucose, a yeast extract, peptone and water, and then culturing the strain in a supplementary culture medium containing a great quantity of selenium to accumulate selenium in the strain; (b) culturing Candida utilis strain in a base culture medium containing defatted soybean protein, a yeast extract, glucose and water, and then culturing the strain in a supplementary culture medium containing a great quantity of germanium to accumulate germanium in the strain; (c) drying/washing the cultured Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain and Candida utilis strain, and crushing them to obtain organic elements; and (d) mixing the organic elements with assorted feed.
