A cosmetic composition is provided to disperse capsules and beads contained therein with reducing the amount of a polymer used and increasing viscosity of a cosmetic and provide a general skin feeling without stickiness. A gel type cosmetic composition where capsules or beads are stably dispersed comprises 0.1-0.3 wt.% of acrylate/C10-30 alkyl acrylate copolymer and 0.05-0.5 wt.5 of a surfactant which is at least one selected from the group consisting of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, octyl dodeses-16 and octyl dodeses-25.
