An automatic temperature control system and a method for controlling variable resistance of the same are provided to remove a correcting process of variable resistances by adjusting the range of tolerance. An automatic temperature control system(1) comprises input devices(20,30,40), variable resistances(21,31,41), and a flash memory(10). The input devices receive temperature, and the direction and amount of wind from users. The variable resistances set the input range of each device. The flash memory stores a program for correcting the tolerance of the variable resistances and the range of the variable resistances. A can system is applied to each component.
