SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FUND RAISING BASED ON PATENT POOL

A system and a method for raising a fund based on a patent pool are provided to enable a patentee to obtain the fund needed for research/development easily by enabling the patentee to collect profit expected from a right of the patent in a short message time. A patent pool product designer(110) designs a patent pool product by estimating an expected profit of a patent pool. A profit distributor(120) calculates dividend for each patent registered to the patent pool based on a sale price of the designed patent pool product. The patent pool product designer includes an expected profit estimator estimating a royalty to be paid by licensees using the patent pool and estimating the expected profit based on the expected royalty, and a price calculator calculating a price of the patent pool product based on the expected profit and a charge condition of the patent pool. The profit distributor includes a patent database storing information of the patents registered to the patent pool, and a dividend calculator calculating the dividend for each patent based on the sale price and the patent pool information.
