A method for realizing a robot operational template through the combination of unit operational patterns of a robot is provided to allow a user to make a robot operational template by combining unit operational patterns to develop contents or services based on a characteristic of the robot. An operational template of a robot is realized through the combination of unit operational patterns of the robot. Basic unit operational patterns of the robot are defined. The unit operational patterns are combined according to a predetermined rule so that a variety of robot operational templates are made in relation to the function or the contents of the robot. The unit operational pattern is the minimum operational unit driven by a motor. Movable parts of the robot include a head, an arm, and a wheel of the robot. The unit operational pattern is defined with respect to an operational range and an operational speed.
