An automatic inline inspection apparatus and a system thereof are provided to remove a special space for installing the automatic inline inspection apparatus by installing the automatic inline inspection apparatus on a conveyance path and contribute to significant space saving. An upstream conveyor(2) conveys an inspection object(8) along a conveyance path. An inspection unit(3) is disposed to be linked with a downstream of the upstream conveyor, and supports the inspection object to be tilted. Therefore, the inspection unit performs visual inspection and allows the inspection object to pass through its lower side. A downstream conveyor(4) is disposed to be linked with a downstream of the inspection unit, and conveys the inspection object of the inspection to its downstream along a conveyance path. An upstream transfer unit(5) transfers the inspection object from the upstream conveyor to the inspection unit. A downstream transfer unit(6) transfers the inspection object from the inspection unit to the downstream conveyor.
