An exhaust heat recovery boiler system having economizer and selective catalytic reduction is provided to improve energy economy of a boiler by absorbing exhaust heat with an economizer. An exhaust heat recovery boiler system having economizer(300) and selective catalytic reduction comprises a boiler(100), a SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) denitrator(200), an electrostatic precipitator(400), and a duct line. The SCR denitrator removes thermal NOx carried in exhaust gas discharged by the boiler with reductant. The economizer collects exhaust heat of the exhaust gas discharged by the SCR denitrator. The electrostatic precipitator removes dust in the exhaust gas discharged by the economizer. The duck line connects the boiler, the SCR denitrator, the economizer, and the electrostatic precipitator with one another. The boiler system reduces generation of thermal NOx by lowering combustion air supplied to the boiler. Energy economy of the boiler is improved by absorbing exhaust heat with the economizer.
