A METHOD FOR THE AUTOMATIC GENERATION OF WORKFLOW MODELS, IN PARTICULAR FOR INTERVENTIONS IN A TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK

A system for automatic generation of workflow models related to interventions performed on equipments (NE1, NE2, NE3,..., NEN) included in a communication network having associated Resource Proxy Agents (RP1, RP2,..., RPN) each providing a representation of the status of a corresponding network equipment (NE1, NE2, NE3,...,NEN) according to a given data model. The system includes a set of Recorder Agents (24) and the Resource Proxy Agents (RP1, RP2,..., RPN) are configured to send to the Recorder Agents (24) information signals (I1, I2, I3,..., IN) representative of events in said status of the corresponding network equipments (NE1, NE2, NE3,..., NEN) triggered by manual activities or commands, such as commands input by operators, performed on the network equipments (NE1, NE2, NE3,..., NEN). The system is configured to analyze the information signals sent to the respective Recorder Agents (24) to produce therefrom workflow models of the manual activities or commands performed on the network equipments (NE1, NE2, NE3,..., NEN).
