A Korean classic music sound generating and playing apparatus is provided to allow children and students to hear Korean classic music sounds played easily by various Korean classic musical instruments and play the Korean classic musical instruments. A Korean classic music sound generating and playing apparatus(11) includes a memory chip, a keyboard(12), and sound selection buttons. The memory chip records sounds of Korean classic musical instruments. The keyboard is used to generate the sounds stored in the memory chip. The sound selection buttons are used to select the sounds of the Korean classic musical instruments. The apparatus is designed and manufactured such that a user hears a desired Korean classic music sound stored in the memory chip and plays a desired Korean classic musical instrument using the sound selection buttons and the keyboard.
