A wear plate for a concrete pump car and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form an inner plate with excellent wear resistance and an outer plate with excellent ductility and processing characteristics while reducing manufacturing and managing costs. A wear plate for a concrete pump car is formed of an inner plate(20) casted of high chrome cast steel, and an outer plate(10) for fixing the inner plate at a concrete cylinder of a concrete pump car. The inner plate is installed at a mold and the outer plate is casted at an outer periphery so that the inner plate and the outer plate are combined by casting joining. An adhesive(30) is applied on a gap of a joining part after casting joining.
