摘要

A water-dispersible polyurethane resin is provided to disperse cohered carbon nanotubes effectively without using a dispersant or surface deformation. A method for preparing water-dispersible polyurethane resins includes the steps of: mixing 42-48wt% of prepolymer with 0.5-2.0wt% of a counteractive and 48-55wt% of deionized water to form a waterborne dispersion; and mixing the waterborne dispersion with 0.5-2.0wt% of a chain transfer agent. The prepolymer is formed by mixing 40-45wt% of polycarbonatediol, 2.0-6.0wt% of a compound having bifunctional hydroxyl groups and comprising polyfunctional carboxy acids, and 24-28wt% of isocyanate, and 24-28wt% of a solvent, based on the total weight of the prepolymer.
