A lens integrated reflective mirror, a manufacturing method thereof, and an optical interconnection module using the lens integrated reflective mirror are provided to transmit a multi-channel optical signal emitted from an array light source along an optical fiber array or an optical waveguide after changing an optical path of the optical signal at 90° or to send the transmitted optical signal to a photo detector after changing the optical path at 90°. A lens integrated reflective mirror(10) for optical interconnection is composed of a reflective mirror unit composed of an optical coupling surface(13), a reflecting surface(12), and a lower surface having a trench(14), and made of polymers and a lens positioned in the trench and made of polymers. The lens includes a hemispheric lens array(11) inserted into the lower surface in the trench. A cover made of transparent materials cover the hemispheric lens array.
