A film speaker using a multi layered O-3 type piezoelectric composite and a method for producing the same are provided to perform mass production by using a printing or doctor blade method and forming an electrode with a silk screen or deposition method. A film speaker using a multi layered O-3 type piezoelectric composite includes a base film(1). The base film(1) is made of polymer film. A piezoelectric composite(3) with a predetermined shape such as a circular shape, a rectangular shape, and a strap shape designed according to sound characteristics is formed on the base film(1) where the lower electrode(2) is formed by a printing or doctor blade method, and an upper electrode(4) is formed on the piezoelectric composite(3).
