A system and a method for supporting a clinical decision with a dynamic medical logic module are provided to input and modify a medical module simply by inputting a condition and an action through a medical module input device, and modify the medical module without editing a program by storing the received medical module in a database and dynamically generating the dynamic medical module according to contents of the database. An electronic health record database(210) stores information for a health state of a user. The medical module input device(220) receives the condition and the action corresponding to the medical module from a manager, and stores the received condition and action in a knowledge database(230). A dynamic medical module generation engine(240) generates the dynamic medical module(250) by converting the medical module stored in the database into a program type. The converted dynamic medical module performs the action corresponding to the condition if the received information for the health state of the user corresponds to the condition.
