A water leak diagnosis device for sewage is provided to readily determine water leakage using reaction of a starch band installed in a water collecting groove of a cover. A water leak diagnosis device for sewage includes a lower cover(110), an upper cover(120), a starch band(130), a control box(140), and a tension adjustment mechanism(150). The lower cover is installed to be in contact with a lower part of each connection part. The upper cover is mounted on the lower cover. The starch band has connection grooves formed at its both ends in a V shape. The control box has a plurality of installation holes(141) formed at its both walls, and a plurality of guide grooves(142) formed at its inner walls. The tension adjustment mechanism is fastened to a coupling hole(148) of a pressing plate(146) by bolts.
